-
Ideal for athletes, coaches, and sporting clubs
This is a foundational workshop covering the full spectrum of female athlete health, designed to build awareness, confidence, and practical understanding of the key pillars of female athlete health. This workshop breaks down the stigma around female-specific health considerations and provides education on key topics including including pelvic health, breast and bra support, menstrual health, common injuries in female athletes, cycle considerations, training across life stages (including pregnancy and postpartum return to sport), and overall athlete wellbeing.
Athletes and coaches will leave with a clear understanding of what’s normal, what’s not, and how to recognise when support is needed—alongside practical strategies to improve communication, confidence, and performance.
-
Ideal for health professionals, coaches, and sporting organisations
Early identification of risk factors is key to keeping female athletes healthy and performing at their best.
This workshop focuses on how to effectively screen female athletes for pelvic health concerns, menstrual dysfunction, and other key considerations that are often overlooked in traditional models of care. You’ll gain practical frameworks and tools that can be applied immediately in your setting.
-
Ideal for athletes, coaches, and performance support staff
Pelvic health plays a critical role in female athlete performance, yet is often under-recognised and under-integrated in high-performance environments.
This workshop address common performance-limiting issues such as pelvic pain, urinary symptoms (including leaking), menstrual dysfunction, low energy availability, and training considerations across pregnancy and postpartum return to sport—supporting a more informed and proactive approach to female athlete care.
-
Ideal for gyms, fitness communities, and personal trainers
Pelvic health is relevant to all women engaging in exercise—not just elite athletes.
This workshop provides practical, easy-to-apply education for supporting clients in everyday training environments. It covers common pelvic health presentations such as leaking, heaviness, and pelvic pain, along with safe exercise modifications, coaching cues, and programming considerations.
It also focuses on improving confidence for both trainers and clients when discussing pelvic health, and knowing when referral is appropriate.
CLINICAL MENTORING
Individualised clinical mentoring for physio students and early-career clinicians who want to feel more confident, capable, and grounded in practice in either sports, musculoskeletal or women's health fields. These sessions are a space to ask the “silly” questions, unpack complex cases, and bridge the gap between uni theory and real-world clinical decision-making—without judgement or pressure. Mentoring can be structured or self-directed based on your learning goals.
